The twist A very classic jump in the moguls. Often done with other jumps (twist-spread). Turn your ski with a 90 degre angle on one side. Arms can help to equilibrate it. |
| The Daffy
This is JL Brassard which do it and he will make a twist-spread after. He doesn't put his back leg far because juges can't see it. |
